Gamelan Asmaradana's Special Performance at the Asian Civilization Museum, Singapore.

What a whirlwind visit! For us, it was indeed an honour to perform for U.S. President Mr George Bush and his wife, accompanied by Minister of State Dr Vivian Balakrishnan and his wife, at the Asian Civilization Museum on 16 November 2006. The "Cultural Event" was planned several months before. The songs were carefully chosen by US Embassy staff, who also gave us a briefing on etiquette and behaviour. In less than 10 minutes, it was all over; but the news of our performance spread all across the globe.
